Your Role

As a Guidemate Installation Technician, you will:
🔹 Install and configure Guidemate machine control systems on heavy equipment.
🔹 Read and interpret wiring diagrams, manuals, and calibration procedures.
🔹 Troubleshoot and test systems to ensure peak performance.
🔹 Deliver operator training and customer support.
🔹 Assist with inventory, spare parts, and installation records.

• Entry-Level Technicians will work closely with senior staff, gaining structured training and a clear path for career progression.

• Senior Technicians will lead installations, solve complex issues, and mentor junior team members.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Passion for machine control, GNSS, surveying, or construction technology.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✔ Willingness to travel and work on-site.
✔ Current driver’s licence (required).
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred qualifications:

• Certificate IV in Surveying and Spatial Information Services

• Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade

• Certificate III in Instrumentation and Control

• Or equivalent experience in electrical, mechanical, or automation technology.
